All goods purchased from Jewellery Love have a 7 day no quibbles money back guarantee, that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund subject to the following conditions

* All products to be returned are returned un-used and un-marked

* Products are returned with all their original packaging

* Proof of purchase and original documents are returned with the product

Refunds will be for the value of the products only. Postage is non-refundable and for orders, which were delivered free, a small delivery charge of £1.95 will be deducted from the refund.

Orders cancelled will require a small charge of £1.50 to be deducted for the merchant charges the seller incures.

Please note products will NOT be refunded if

* If they are marked in any way

* Are returned in a condition unsuitable for re-sale

* Products are not returned strictly within 7 days

* Are pierced earrings or navel jewellery

Great care is taken when packing your order, but for any instance when products which you may have not ordered have been sent to you, a full refund or exchange will be given. In the case of an exchange please return the products as below and the correct products will be sent out immediately when we receive them.

Please Note - We aim to refund all debited funds within 5 days of receiving any returned goods, however please allow up to maximum of 30 days.

If you do have to return goods for any reason, please print and complete the form below and return it with your goods to the address at the bottom of the page.

We suggest all goods are returned by recorded delivery, as Love Jewellery cannot be responsible for any goods lost within transit.

To return goods please make sure the following items have been attached:

* A completed returns form

* All original packaging

* The original receipt, please keep a photocopy for your records

* And, of course, don't forget the product(s)
